As corporate days go this has been the best by far. We discovered a new appreciation for the amount of team work required to sail a boat of that size. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute, absolutely fantastic!

Leading global financial services, J P Morgan is a long standing client of Clipper Events and the partnership has developed over the past nine years.

OBJECTIVE The objective for JP Morgan was to offer this as recognition for work, and to increase team relationships within divisions of the organisation in an active environment. This falls neatly in line with their attitude to health and wellbeing and work/life balance.

OUTCOMES

Am I more effective in business because of this? Yes definitely. The simple reality is when you have a relationship with someone things happen more effectively and efficiently and with a growing network after each event, this efficiency increases year on year. The design objective was quite simple. We wanted a large, strong, fast and seaworthy yacht that would race around the world at least 4 times. The boats have more than lived up to our expectations. They have proved fast and reliable and given their crews some very exciting sailing through some of the most dangerous waters in the world. It is heart-warming to see the yachts regularly out on the water and giving so much pleasure to new and novice sailors.
