2.4 ระบบสถาบันการเงิน2 สถาบันการเงินต่าง ๆ ในเวียดนามอยู่ภายใต้การกากับดูแลของ State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) ซึ่งเป็น ธนาคารกลางของเวียดนาม ทาหน้าที่ในการออกธนบัตร กาหนดอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน นโยบายการเงิน รวมถึงการ จัดหาเงินทุนให้รัฐบาล และเป็นแหล่งเงินกู้ให้แก่สถาบันการเงินในเวียดนาม สถาบันการเงินในเวียดนาม สามารถแบ่งได้ ดังนี้ 1) สถาบั น ทางการเงิ น ที่ รั ฐ เป็ น เจ้ า ของ
