We are incredibly proud to present the only Irish performance in 2017 of the award-winning Swan Lake/Loch na hEala by Teac Damsa, which is a real honour for the festival this year as it is one of THE
most sought-after shows in Ireland. We are also thrilled to present many Irish exclusives at the time including This is the Kit, Jesca Hoop, Yuki Numata Resnick and more. The CJF17 artists-in-residence programme will invite Katie Hanlan, Lay of the Land and James Earley to create new work directly responding to the theme of the festival. 2 | €20 THE APPLE FARM PM
Model, blogger and food writer Roz Purcell who is a Clonmel native, will bring her natural, no fuss, whole food approach to The Apple Farm where she will host a raw food demonstration using locally sourced produce. Roz has successfully launched a stellar media career which includes a winning role on Come Dine with Me Ireland, a guest chef appearance on TV3’s The Restaurant, and a stint as a Celebrity Bainisteor on RTE. But it’s her passion for healthy food and lifestyle that has earned her thousands of followers on social media in recent years. Her Natural Born Feeder food blog shows how to create healthy but accessible dishes, and has a legion of dedicated fans, which led to the launch of Roz’ best-selling cookbook last year.

JESCA HOOP
ROSIE CARNEY
Jesca Hoop is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist whose style has been characterised as largely experimental with folk, rock, and electronic influences. Her early mentor, Tom Waits, described it as, "like a four-sided coin. She is an old soul, like a black pearl, a good witch or a red moon. Her music is like going swimming in a lake at night". Her latest album ‘Memories Are Now’ wastes no time in making clear its confidence, confrontation and craftsmanship.
20 year old Donegal based singer/songwriter Rosie Carney was born in the UK before moving to Ireland when she was 10. Rosie began to play music after being Inspired by the vast, rugged landscapes of her coastal hometown Downings. With over 2 million plays on Spotify, and making it into NPR’s Top 100 song list she is a musician set to delight the audience in the intimate surroundings of the cave.

BRIGID MAE POWER
MARC O'REILLY
Brigid Mae Power is an Irish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who paints her songs in dreamily expansive strokes.
