Clout Culture is a promotions company and magazine that puts an emphasis on local underground talent. We are heavily involved in our music scene and wanted a way to promote local underground events, music, and art. So we started this magazine. This 1st issue is short and sweet. However we plan on growing exponentially with every monthly issue that we release. The magazine is 100% sponsored by local businesses and managed by local artists. It's also FREE for anyone to grab. And it will stay that way. This is our contribution to the underground hiphop scene, and our way of getting more people out to local shows.
