Who we are
The Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) is a world leader in chiropractic education and research. A not-for-profit academic institution, CMCC offers a second entry undergraduate professional degree as well as postgraduate and continuing education programs. CMCC receives no direct government funding and relies on membership, tuition and donations for support.
As the sole chiropractic educational institution in English speaking Canada, the majority of Canadian chiropractors are CMCC graduates. CMCC shares research, educational and clinical expertise with partners in North America and abroad.
About the event
At Practice OpportUnity meet and interact with approximately 500 CMCC students, faculty and chiropractors.
The event consists of a panel discussion delivered by chiropractors, followed by a keynote address and trade show.
The trade show introduces students to exhibitors and vendors who supply industry products and services but also to chiropractors who may be looking to sell their practice or hire new graduates.
The OpportUnity
Practice OpportUnity provides access to a valuable demographic of the next generation of chiropractors. Among those in attendance are 200 students from the Year IV Class, who will graduate in June 2023.
Through sponsorship, your brand will be showcased to a large captive audience. Your additional support will be recognized and appreciated by the students, many of whom could be your client for the duration of their careers.

Additional information
Product Donation
All sponsors must donate one product from their company towards the gamification and leaderboard prizes. If your company does not have products, any donation worth $75 will be accepted.
Gamification
This year we are switching from the “Leaderboard” gamification to a “Scavenger Hunt” gamification! What that means is - all sponsors will have their logo hidden throughout the platform and students will click on the logos to gain points. Prizes will be awarded to the students with the most points.
Lead Generation Report
For sponsors only - The lead generation report includes the name and email of every person who visited your booth, clicked on your banner, your chat button, your external links, and your videos.
Booth Set-up
You will receive directions on how to set up your booth a day or two after you register – an email will come from vFairs with a clickable link from which you can build your booth. (You will be able to access step-by-step instructions and videos for guidance).
Tiers
Booths will appear in the exhibit hall according to tiers, with gold sponsors shown first, followed by silver, bronze and then regular vendors.
Additional information
Sponsor Logos
Sponsor logos will be posted on the CMCC Practice OpportUnity event webpage, however, as we are using a third party to host the event, there will be an additional waiting period of about a week before the logos are uploaded onto CMCC’s virtual landing page. Sponsor logos will remain on the landing page and in the virtual lobby for 60 days, following the event, while all participants continue to have access to the booths for that time.
Avatars & Customization
The avatars shown in the booth pictures are not included in the booths. However, almost all the booths can be colour- customized to reflect your brand (with the exception of booths with the “wooden” floors, as those cannot be changed).
Thank you for your sponsorship!
