dear advisors and customers,
I recently had the incredible privilege of participating in four CM events to mark the anniversary of our return to Australia. Our family visited the “Lucky Country” many times when the boys were growing up and it was a wonderful escape from the hectic pace of Hong Kong. I have travelled all over Australia and the beauty of the place is exceeded only by the goodness and fun of its people. It was such a joy to see our growing and spirited community of Aussie Advisors embracing the Creative Memories mission. Many had tears in their eyes as they told me of their journey with CM and their deep gratitude that the company and mission are back and better than ever. Seeing them come together to share a passion for keeping and sharing their precious memories reminded me again why I love this company so much. When I look forward, I am humbled and excited by the opportunity to continue to grow and improve our beloved company. Owning a global, iconic brand like Creative Memories is the stuff of dreams. I can assure you that I will do everything in my power to care for and preserve it, build it and continue to make it better than ever. If you are a longtime Customer or Advisor, I thank you for your support. If you’re new to Creative Memories, I welcome you.
