6.1.4.2. Creating jobs

In Cluster Liberia, 83 percent of our total workers are residents of the area near this operation. While 17% are employees hired from the Guanacaste area. In Cluster Tilarán, 90% are local workers and 10% are hired from the Guanacaste area.
