Please note that unaccompanied students are not permitted to attend the Auction.
Students are not permitted to bid on items. Bids must be made by adults.
Use your assigned bidder number to place bids on Silent Auction items.
If an item is not physically on display, the winner will receive a gift certificate for that item. If contact must be made with the donor, information will be provided on the gift certificate.
Please note and honor the minimum bid increase on all Silent Auction items.
Please write clearly. Illegible bids will not be considered, and cross-outs are not allowed.
When the auctioneer announces the conclusion of bidding, bid sheets will promptly be collected by volunteers. Please see catalog schedule for specific times.
Checkout will occur immediately following dessert in the Peck Room on the main level of the Cardigan Commons. Pick-up will be in the lower level of the Cardigan Commons.
The Auction Committee reserves the right to remove bidder sheets for items that were not delivered. Also, the Committee reserves the right to remove Silent Auction items that do not elicit reasonable or fair market bids.

Unless otherwise specified, dates and times for use of private homes and resorts, as well as events, are to be arranged at the mutual convenience of the donor and winning bidder. Use of all properties is reserved for Cardigan families and their guests. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Unless otherwise stated, all faculty certificates must be used prior to Commencement 2015. For all gift certificates and gifts of services that do not provide an expiration date, please be sure to make contact with the donor within one month of the date of the Auction; and redeem these items by December 31, 2015. Any exceptions must be prearranged with the donor.
All purchased auction items must be paid for in full on Friday, February 6, 2015. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Values assigned to auction items are determined either by the donor or through a good faith estimate of fair market value. Cardigan Mountain School makes no representation that the values assigned are an accurate reflection of fair market value. Bids in excess of fair market value are deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please contact your tax advisor to determine appropriate tax treatment of contributions to, and purchases from, the 2015 Cardigan Mountain School Annual Auction.

Boston Bruins Hockey Puck Autographed by Torey Krug This puck was personally autographed by Torey Krug and includes a certificate of authenticity. Torey Krug was called up from the Providence Bruins in January 2013 and began his career with the Boston Bruins by scoring his first NHL goal during his first NHL playoff game, in the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the New York Rangers, becoming the first Bruins defenseman to score in his playoff debut since Glen Wesley in 1988. Krug followed this by scoring his second NHL goal during game two of the same series, becoming the fourth player in Bruins history to score goals in his first two playoff games. At the conclusion of the Rangers series, Krug became the first rookie defenseman in the history of the National Hockey League to score four goals in his first five playoff games. He was drafted by the Red Sox with the 40th overall pick in the 2011 Major League Baseball Draft after being named the 2010 College World Series Most Outstanding Player while attending the University of South Carolina. Golf for Four at Montcalm Golf Club in Enfield, New Hampshire, Including Carts and Lunch Designed by George Sargent, the 6,927-yard course covers 358 acres of land in the pristine mountain region of Enfield, N.H. The landscape of the Upper Valley region provides outstanding views of mountains, valleys, and lakes. The course is a panorama of rolling hills, velvet green fairways, and immaculate greens. One of the most picturesque aspects of the course are the varying colors of green that are created by using four different kinds of grasses and three different types of cuts for the rough. 810–812 A Cardigan Outdoor Recreation Expedition (C.O.R.E.) The Summer Programs Office is offering a Cardigan Outdoor Recreation Expedition (C.O.R.E.) trip for the lucky winner. The winner will choose from one of the following summer expeditions: Trip 1: July 6–July10, "The Fire Tower Tour." Day hikes to the local fire towers, overnights at the C.O.R.E. cabin on campus, and one overnight in the wilderness. Trip 2: July 13–July 17, "Paddle Power." Day canoe trips throughout New England, returning to sleep in the C.O.R.E. cabin each night, and concluding with one overnight on the river. Trip 3: July 20–July 24, "Adventure Week." Homework Passes! One lucky student will receive a book of homework passes. There will be one pass for each subject: math, world languages (or ESL), PEAKS, English, history, and science (six passes in all)! The passes may only be used on a regular nightly homework assignment; passes are not valid for use on projects or larger assignments. Custom-Made Canoe Paddle from Mr. Shipman ’00 One custom-made canoe paddle from Mr. Jeremiah Shipman ’00, a juried member of the League of New Hampshire Craftsman and winner of Cardigan's Golden Hammer award in 1999.
