Who we are SaS-Tec is an innovative producer of protectors with many years of experience in the motorbike sector.

The leading engineer of SaS-Tec was a long-standing staff-member of the journal „MOTORRAD“. Various driving and clothing tests gave him a very good insight in the various protector systems available on the market and the opportunity to test and evaluate almost all brands of protectors and motorbike clothing.

This knowledge helped him develop a new generation of highly sophisticated protectors. From 2005 onwards several Highend-manufacturers in the motorbike sector will introduce SaS-Tec.

This profound knowledge has been the main driving force for our work. We feel responsible for our body and this calls for a sophisticated and intelligent safety equipment. In our society where speed and mobility are of utmost importance we are confronted with an increasing number of risks. It was our main objective to minimize these risks.

SC-1 Safety Comfort Our protectors stand for a new generation of body protection systems.

Most of the protectors available on the market have a high threshold value and have been developped for the high impact standards of the CE-norm. That means, however, that in case of an impact with low kinetic energy the impact is transferred almost undampened to the body. This does not apply to SC-1:

The goal of our development was to promote the acceptance of the user by a high comfort without accepting compromises concerning security. The result of our research is SC-1. Safety Comfort. Soft and comfortable with extraordinary dampening values..

SC-1 Universal protectors SC-1/01 & SC-1/02 Our standard-protectors. Small, lightweight and comfortable.

A lot of established manufacturers use these protectors as original equipment.

Due to many vents they are also at high temperatures pleasant to wear.

Particularly suitable for lightweight textile clothing.

SP-2 Universal protectors SP-2/20 To meet the requirements in Sports, we developped the SP-2.

This type of protector can be realised with any kind of (PU-coated) fabric, foil and mesh.

Anatomically adapted to the needs of the kids with the same qualities as the “big“ protectors.

SaS-Tec Safety Kids protector for shoulder, elbow and knee.

A little protektor with “big“ shock absorbing qualities.

Suitable to a size of 140 cm

Backprotectors EN 1621-2 Simple back protector, lightweight, comfortable and certified for Level 1.

It has the same size as the SC-1/12 but thinner and thus in a lower protection class.

Used in sports where weight is very important, e.g. competitive sports.
