Die Another Day Sales Incentive Program Description: For the Die Another Day Sales Incentive Program each ad rep will sell the “Best of CSU/Top 100 Things To Do While At CSU” and the “Ski and Snowboard Pages”. For every sale that the ad rep makes they will earn ice cubes to build a protective igloo or laser beams to melt the other ad reps igloos. The ad reps will be randomly divided into two different teams, the blue team and the orange team. The team at the end of the contest with the most ice cubes left will win a $20 gift certificate to Paninos Italian Restaurant for each ad rep. Every ad that is sold in an edition will earn the team one ice cube. For every ad sold that has color earns the team one ice cube and one laser. For a full page ad the team earns three ice cubes and three lasers. If an advertiser uses the pick up discount to repeat an ad from either edition within a business week the team earns four ice cubes and four lasers. One laser may be used to melt one ice cube. Goals: The Goal of this incentive program is to increase the amount of ads that are sold and the total revenue earned for the “Best of CSU/Top 100 Things To Do While At CSU” and the “Ski and Snowboard Pages”. Another goal is to encourage the ad representatives to work on up selling color and full pages in the edition. As well as encourage the sales representatives to sell the pick up discount for the week following the special editions in order to earn added revenue. Other goals are to improve office moral, increase positive competition between the sales representatives, and to create excitement about selling both of the special editions. Ultimately the goal of this incentive program is to increase revenues, create a positive, exciting and competitive atmosphere and to have fun. Outcomes of the Program:


Ad Reps will sell the “Best of CSU/ Top 100 Things To Do While At CSU” and the “Ski and Snowboard pages” earning ice cubes to build their igloos or laser beams to melt the other teams ice cubes. The team at the end of the contest with the most ice cubes left wins a life changing prize.
