Since taking the helm of PortMiami, Johnson has been charting an ambitious course highlighted by over $2 billion in infrastructure improvements. “While this Port is a publicly-owned asset, it operates with a private sector mentality,” Johnson said. “We’re fully focused on offering unparalleled customer care; delivering sustainable, quality products; and providing the best facilities with technologically advanced security systems.” Johnson explained PortMiami is deepening the waters to accommodate super-sized cargo ships, capture new trade and help create thousands of new jobs throughout Florida.

welcomed business and community leaders to Christine Lee’s at Gulfstream Park, where Lassner shared strategies for full steam ahead success. “ASB is very excited about the expansion of the Port of Miami since it directly correlates with the work Allied is doing in Panama,” he said “To date we have built over three million square feet of one-story structures in Panama and we are now completing a new multistory power plant at the Panama canal, office buildings and maintenance structures for the expansion.” Allied does this work worldwide, but certainly hopes to partici-
