VIEWPOINT It’s time to protect the Ros-Lehtinen Comments on UN everyday American consumer Human Rights Council Elections BY CONGRESSWOMAN DEBBIE WASSERMAN SCHULTZ

In this time of economic hardship, helping Americans is more important than ever. The people of the United States keep this country strong by participating in our economy and they deserve to have their rights protected—to feel safe in their purchases, loans, and mortgages. My colleagues in Congress and I are working hard to protect everyday Americans from economic harm. That is why we recently passed legislation focused on consumer protection, including the Credit Cardholders’ Bill of Rights, the Credit Card Accountability, Responsibility, and Disclosure Act (Credit CARD Act), and the Helping Families Save Their Homes Act. These pieces of legislation focus on making sure Americans are protected from scams and unnecessary costs. As families are being forced to cut back, lending companies have found ways around old regulations to try to get more money from everyday Americans. The Credit Cardholders’ Bill of Rights provides much-needed oversight for the lending industry through several measures: It requires bills to be sent 21 days before the due date; prohibits companies from charging fees to pay a bill by phone, mail or the Web; bans over-the-limit fees (unless a consumer opts-in beforehand); and stops due-date tricks. The bill also bans most retroactive interest rate hikes on existing balances (except when payments are more than 60 days late), and it strengthens credit card protections for young people. The bill is fair to both card issuers and card holders, giving everyone an opportunity to succeed and prosper. The United States was founded on values of hard work and responsibility, and this legislation represents those values. The Helping Families Save Their Homes Act, of which I was one of 19 original co-sponsors in the House, also represents these values by helping families hold onto and achieve the American dream. In Florida, we have the second highest foreclosure rate in the nation. This statistic has nothing to do with the dedication and hard work of Floridians—we are as hard-working as anyone in the nation, but we have had to deal with poorly functioning and nonexistent protections for the average homeowner. This legislation fixes the Hope for Homeowners program, which is designed to spur the refinancing of mortgages by reducing current fees that have discouraged lenders from voluntarily participating and

by offering new incentives for lenders to negotiate loans. The bill also includes incentives that encourage lenders to negotiate affordable mortgages for homeowners who are underwater, at risk of foreclosure, and those nearing bankruptcy. The Credit CARD Act protects consumers from being buried under mountains of debt from credit card bills. The legislation amends the Truth in Lending Act to stop a creditor from increasing any annual percentage rate of interest (APR) on a credit card account without meeting certain requirements. It also requires 45-day notice on any rate increases or significant contract changes, and it instructs credit card companies to apply payments to the highest balance, so that consumers are not left with interest on their highest debt, while the lower balances get paid off. What’s more, the Credit CARD Act requires credit card companies to be honest and practical with their customers by disclosing how long it will really take someone to repay their credit card—the kind of honesty and transparency that will allow our nation to move forward on a well-built economy, instead of stepping from one bubble to another. President Obama and the Congress are exploring further ways to protect consumers. Timothy Geithner, the Secretary of the Treasury, spoke recently about the possibility of a new agency to protect American consumers who are buying financial products or taking out mortgages. He said that Americans need more help to prevent the kind of unclear rules and decisions that have led to our recent economic trouble. These are just some steps to preventing unnecessary risks in our economy. Consumer protection and economic recovery legislation introduced by Congress and initiatives put forward by President Obama are helping to restore the American dream for everyday Americans, helping small businesses reach their full potential, and helping to steady our economy so that American businesses and consumers can both prosper. I hope to be an ally in government for all of the people in my district, fighting to keep the residents of South Florida in their homes and out of debt. If you need help, you can reach my office in Pembroke Pines at (954) 437-3936, in Aventura at (305) 9365724, or in Washington, DC at (202) 2257931. Urges Congress to withhold Funding, Pass UN Reform Bill BY CONGRESSWOMAN ILEANA ROS-LEHTINEN U.S. Rep. Ileana RosLehtinen (R-FL), Ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, commented on today’s elections to the United Nations Human Rights Council. Statement of RosLehtinen: “It is inexcusable and outrageous that a majority of the members of the UN Human Rights Council are not free nations. “With human rights abusers such as Cuba, China, Saudi Arabia, and Russia on the Council, this is a tragic case of the fox guarding the henhouse. “The UN needs to radically reform the Council’s membership criteria and overall standards to bar gross human rights abusers from hijacking the Council agenda and from enjoying the legitimacy which membership on the Council affords them. “Without reform first, U.S. membership will not change this grim reality – it will only legitimize the Council’s anti-freedom, anti-U.S., anti-Israel actions. “Congress must pass pending legislation that leverages our contributions to pro-

duce sweeping reform of the Council and the entire biased UN system.” Background: On May 12, the UN General Assembly voted to fill 18 seats for threeyear terms on the Human Rights Council. Cuba, China, Saudi Arabia and Russia all were re-elected, while the United States was elected after choosing to run for a seat on that body for the first time. Once again, a majority of the Council’s Member States are rated as “Not Free” or only “Partly Free” by Freedom House. Since the Council’s creation in 2006, over 80% of the country-specific resolutions it has passed have targeted Israel for criticism, as have half of the Council’s special sessions. In March, the Council concluded its tenth session by overwhelmingly passing five resolutions censuring Israel. The Council also passed a resolution supportive of legal restrictions on freedom of expression. Note: Ros-Lehtinen is the author of The United Nations Transparency, Accountability and Reform Act (H.R. 557), which includes provisions restricting U.S. participation on the Human Rights Council and withholding funding to the UN proportionate to what is allocated for Council activities. The bill enjoys the support of over 85 cosponsors.

Historically Yours BY BOB DIAMOND WATERBOARDING – A CENTURY AGO The opposing arguments recently made by Chaney and Obama concerning the use of waterboarding as a means of obtaining information was the exact subject of a national debate over a century ago. America defeated Spain in a brief war in 1898, pledging our only interest was to liberate Cuba with no imperialistic intentions. Gen. Aguinaldo, our Philippine ally, with 40,000 troops ready to remove Spain from the islands, declared victory and Philippine independence. The Filipinos greeted the arriving U.S. soldiers as liberators, however, it was soon clear that the U.S. intended to possess the Philippines as a stepping-stone to the lucrative Chinese markets. Aguinaldo fought back, resulting in a twelve year armed conflict that cost over 600,000 Filipinos lives and about 4,000 U.S. soldiers. There were continual reports of U.S. atrocities, including the water cure (now called waterboarding). An aroused public demanded hearings. One soldier described it: “We held the Filipinos down and forced water into their mouths and

noses. They swelled up like toads. It’s a terrible torture.” The pro-imperialist media justified it as necessary to gain information while the anti-imperialist media denounced its use by all civilized nations. At the military court-marshal of Capt. Edwin Glenn, testimony was presented as to the water cure on Tobeniano Ealdama, Mayor of Igbaras. In excruciating pain, Ealdama confessed to being a part of the insurgency. Glenn ordered the Mayor’s entire city, consisting of some 400-500 homes burned to the ground. Glenn justified the water cure as “a legitimate exercise of force under the laws of war.” Treating it as a necessary embarrassment in wartime, Glenn was found guilty but sentenced only to a one-month suspension. Judge Advocate General George Davis disagreed as to the minimal sentence for the use of the water cure torture, citing Army Regulations: “Military necessity does not permit cruelty, nor of torture to extort confessions.” Mark Twain, a leading anti-imperialist, said, “Under unendurable pain a man confesses anything required of him, true or false and his evidence is worthless.” Twice tortured and convicted, Ealdama served ten years at hard labor. Glenn ultimately retired as a Brigadier General.

Roger Bernstein's team of immigration attorneys helps with foreign investment, job creation BY LYNN CARROLL

PROVOCATIVE QUESTIONS FOR PROVOCATIVE PEOPLE LC: What's the scope of immigration concerns covered at Bernstein Osberg-Braun & de Moraes Immigration Attorneys? RB: We focus exclusively on immigration law, including corporate non-immigrant and immigrant visas, labor certifications, waivers, litigations, appeals, motions to re-open and consular processing. Also, for many years, we have been bringing foreign investors to the U.S. through a number of different non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories. LC: Foreign investment is certainly a need in this economy. Are there ways you can expedite visas for investors who want to bring capital into the U.S.? RB: Yes, there's a federal program called the EB-5 program that successfully matches foreign investors with disadvantaged communities throughout the country. It's open to qualified applicants who invest $1 million in a new commercial enterprise that employs at least ten full-time workers. An alternative to direct investment is the Regional Center Pilot Program, which requires a $500,000 investment in a limited partnership and permits the investor to indirectly employ ten workers as long as he or she can reasonably demonstrate that the regional center has indirectly created or induced ten or more jobs per investor. Unlike many of the other immigrant visa categories, the EB-5 program doesn't involve excruciatingly long wait times. Successful applicants and their families are given conditional green cards immediately upon approval. There are still plenty of visas available. LC: What's the expected impact of the EB-5 program on the economy?

RB: It's estimated that, when fully realized, the program will contribute $1.5 to $3 billion in foreign capital to the U.S. economy each year, and will also provide and/or preserve more than 30,000 jobs for U.S. workers annually. LC: Where do the majority of your clients come from? RB: The majority of our clients are from Europe and Latin America, but we have a diverse client base from around the world. Our staff is experienced and multi-cultural, so we're able to provide efficient and effective services in a broad range of languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Hebrew and Danish. In Aventura there are a lot of Colombians, Venezuelans, Argentines and Europeans looking to obtain visas by investing capital, so we assist them in navigating that process. LC: What experience do you bring to the table? RB: Prior to going into private practice I worked for the U.S. Department of Justice as an Asylum Officer, then as legal counsel to the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Our attorneys have more than 75 years of combined experience. We come from many different professional backgrounds that, combined, give us a practical understanding of the inner workings of government agencies. That helps us to consistently deliver winning strategies and stellar results.

Aventura Heart Center presents ten reasons to see a cardiologist to assess peripheral arterial disease in the legs leading to pain in the calves with walking or carotid artery disease that may lead to a stroke. Ultrasound exams done in the cardiologist's office can diagnose these vascular problems early and help prevent worsening through life style modifications, weight loss, diet, exercise and medications. More advanced disease may need further testing or vascular intervention.

BY DAVID KORN, MD AND ROBERT RASKEN, MD

Dr. David Korn and Dr. Robert Rasken, Directors of Aventura Heart Center have compiled ten reasons why patients should seek the opinion of a cardiologist. This week's article is a continuation from the June 3rd edition, where the first five reasons were listed. Everyone should routinely see their doctor, but here continues ten reasons to see your cardiologist. * High blood pressure is evaluated by primary care physicians and internists. The most common form of therapy is pills to lower the pressure, a therapy that works in about 90% of the patients. Some patients do not respond well and need more advanced evaluation to diagnose the possible secondary causes of hypertension. Vascular changes in the arteries going to the kidney may worsen hypertension, a situation requiring specific testing to prove it and remedy the problem. Cardiologists frequently aid the patient and the referring doctor to control difficult cases and patients not responding to usual medicines. * Heart murmurs are best evaluated by cardiologists. Seeing the patient, hearing the heart murmur, and performing the echocardiogram contribute to the analysis of the problem and future therapy if necessary. The decision to perform cardiac catheterization and recommend surgery is very specific for the experienced cardiologist, a situation that weighs the risks and benefits of watchful waiting, medicines, or heart surgery. * Assessing the risk of developing heart disease is essential in today's fast paced world. Histories and physi-

* Pre-operative evaluation prior to non-cardiac surgery can determine the risk of a post-operative heart attack or stroke. Stress testing with or without walking and pharmacologic stressing agents can stratify the cardiac risk for a patient undergoing non-cardiac surgery such as a gallbladder, colon surgery, hip or knee surgery, etc. Patients with high cardiac risk may require further cardiac evaluation and cardiac intervention prior to a planned surgery to prevent cardiac complications after the surgery. Dr. Robert Rasken and Dr. David Korn, directors, Aventura Heart Center

cal exams performed by a cardiologist focus on these cardiac risk factors. Which tests are needed and appropriate are the focus of a cardiac exam. Laboratory testing includes the total cholesterol, good and bad cholesterol, triglycerides, kidney function, diabetes, thyroid function, and risk factor markers such as C-Reactive protein. Exercise stress tests evaluate chest discomfort syndromes, while echocardiography evaluates heart size and function and murmurs. More extensive testing with ultra-fast CT scans and angiography may also be needed to evaluate the patient and their symptoms. * Evaluation of non-cardiac vascular disease is done

Many physicians do evaluations, but cardiologists are specialists in these evaluations and assessment of cardiac problems. Aventura Heart Center provides the most comprehensive prevention and general cardiovascular services. It is a unique healthcare center offering state-of-the-art nuclear cardiac and stress thallium testing to effectively diagnose heart disease, ultrasound diagnostics and bone density testing in the office. Also offering complete lipid treatment, arrhythmia detection and pacer evaluation. Aventura Heart Center is located at 2845 Aventura Blvd. Suite 249. ASK DR. RUTH BY DR. RUTH WESTHEIMER

Leave his girlie magazines alone Q: I’ve been dating my boyfriend off and on for about seven years. We plan to be married in March. My concern is that my boyfriend lives approximately three hours from me and he says he masturbates and has done this for the past seven years using girlie magazines. When he visits, he claims his masturbation stops. He says he doesn’t always have to ejaculate to enjoy sex with me. Has masturbation caused him not to ejaculate yet still enjoy ssex, or is he lying? Can or will using those magazines cause him to fantasize to the point of not ejaculating? I’ve destroyed some of his magazines, but he just replaces them. A: It is possible that it is easier for your boyfriend to ejaculate when he masturbates. He may have gotten used to a certain pressure and movement. So the first thing to do is tell him to use your hand and to show you how he masturbates to ejaculation. Don’t even talkg about it; just say that you want to learn to know exactly what pressure he needs and

what kind of movement he needs to be able to ejaculate. If it does not help when he shows you how he needs to be stimulated, then before you get married you should go to see a sex therapist. Destroying the magazines is not going to be helpful at all because he might need them when he masturbates in order to concentrate and in order to be able to have an erection. Q: I am writing in regard to a problem I’m having – some sexual, some psychological. Hopefully your expertise can help me to overcome some of them. First and foremost, I am a very healthy, very active 21-year-old who loves sex with my wife from alpha to omega. One of the problem I am having is premature ejaculation. After consulting with some of my older peers of the opposite sex, I found that masturbation prior to sex works very well, yet it does become tedious. And even for me it only postpones it for mere moments. A: First of all, the method that your friend recommend to keep you from ejaculating prematurely is not a good one. You should get some books such as “Dr. Ruth’s Guide to Sensuous and Erotic Pleasures” and Dr. Bernie Zilbergeld’s “Male Sexuality” in order to learn how to recognize the premonitory sensation that comes just before it is too late to stop yourself from ejaculating. If you can’t learn the proper techniques from these books, then go to a sex therapist, and take your wife.

Miramar resident Hector Arce is sticking to a tight budget just so that he can keep his home. When Arce’s homeowner’s insurance bill went up to $2,600 a year, he became very concerned and naturally unhappy. State lawmakers, acting under intense pressure from the insurance industry, recently threw out years of consumer protection laws. Florida’s Department of Insurance may have no authority to block the industry from charging whatever it wants if state lawmakers get their way. State Rep. Julio Robaina was one of the only South Florida lawmakers to vote against the bill deregulating the insurance industry here in Florida. He says, “I think we went back 10 years when we talk about consumer protection. I have said that this was the year for special agendas to have their way and the consumers lost out in Florida.” What has happened? Since 2005’s hyperactive storm season, homeowner’s insurance rates basically have been frozen. Smaller rate hikes have been allowed but only after formal review by Florida’s insurance regulators, who often refused the big rate hikes requested by the insurance companies. These rules expire in 2010, however. The industry successfully lobbied lawmakers to again allow rate hikes, starting with the staterun Citizens Insurance program. Its rates will start going up about 10 percent a year for several years with no end in sight, as allowed by a new bill signed into law on May 27 of this year by Gov. Charlie Crist. Other private companies are expected to

follow. The industry argues that it needs to better capitalize itself through higher rates in order to pay for the damages that the next bad storm may bring. Florida’s insurance rules were targeted by the industry after the state refused to allow double-digit rate hikes from insurers like State Farm and Allstate. Both chose to leave the state in order to avoid facing possible big losses from the next bad storm. Since insurance industry regulations have been voted out, homeowner’s insurance rates are expected to start climbing even higher. Some critics worry that in a state with some of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation, higher insurance bills could force even more financially struggling residents out of their homes and condos. Lawmaker Julio Robaina of West Miami referred to the bill as “the worst piece of legislation ever to come out of Florida Legislature.” This leaves local homeowners like Hector Arce wondering where he’ll find the extra money to pay his next insurance bill. Supporters of the legislation say Citizens customers would have been looking at rate increases between 40 percent and 55 percent on Jan. 1 if lawmakers didn’t produce legislation for 10 percent increases spread over several years. The bill also reduces the state’s $20 billion exposure on the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund by phasing out the upper levels of a state backup pool by $2 billion a year over a six-year period. It’s clear that Florida’s insurance crisis isn’t solved. With the strong possibility that we are hit by some major storms this season, there’s no guarantee that either state or private insurers will have enough money to pay all their bills. Regardless what happens this hurricane season, it is expected that our insurance premiums will continue to climb. The Willow BY PATRICIA C. FRANK The most important quality you can possess during stressful situations or challenges is resilience. Resilience is the ability to bend without breaking. If you are resilient you are able to recover from a crisis or a set back. You return to your own version of normal. The storms of life can toss you about rather violently at times. Your health and well-being and even your survival depends on your ability to rebound and recover. In order to recover quickly and easily, you need to be supple enough in your mind and spirit, to move as effortlessly as possible as you return to your former position. To bounce back you need to be resourceful which involves using every means available to you. Use your unique talent, skills and expertise. Use your imagination and ingenuity. Be creative. Be versatile. Use your mind to see things differently than they appear in the real world. Look at things from many angles. Focus on solutions. Focus on making things better. Then, take the initiative.

FIRST CHOICE AIR SOLUTIONS Resiliency requires you to be flexible. If you are flexible you can bend without breaking. You can accept the situation. You can adapt to the situation. You can learn to tolerate the situation. To do this, it is essential that you become flexible in your attitudes and beliefs as well. You may have to modify your ideas about yourself and your ideas about life. Flexibility is often misunderstood and misconstrued. Some people think that if you bend you are not strong. They think that you have to be firm and unmovable. They see flexibility as a sign of weakness. Actually, the opposite is true. The willow tree is a good example of flexible strength. It survives because it is able to move and bend and adapt to changing conditions. When you respond to situations by being flexible, you may react by returning to your original form or you may evolve into a different form of yourself. If you are resilient you will be teaching those around you and your children how to respond to similar circumstances. If you are resilient you will recover from any event or situation that you may have to face in your life. Patricia Frank is a Licensed Psychotherapist. 2009 Mazda6 advances ‘zoom zoom’ technology Ron Beasley AUTOMOTIVE EDITOR

LET’S TALK CARS The Mazda6 was introduced in 2003 and “zoom zoom became two of the most popular words in automotive marketing. The hot new sport sedan was the first Mazda to get the company’s sports car technology fused into a five-passenger, four-door sedan. The Mazda6 was the company’s first vehicle designed, engineered, developed and manufactured in the U.S. and the intent was to meet and surpass the American consumer’s needs. The new Mazda6 does that and more. The 2009 Mazda6 rides on a 4.5-inch longer wheelbase (109.8 inches) with wider front and rear tracks, which increases interior room in virtually all aspects. At the same time, two new powertrains give the car more horsepower and better fuel economy. The

MAZDA6i’s new 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine (21/30 mpg) has 170 hp, while the hot new MAZDA6s has a 3.7-liter V6 (17/25 mpg) that produces 272 hp. That’s the same new 60-degree 3.7-liter engine — called the MZI — that was introduced in the Mazda CX-9, the 2008 North American Truck of the Year. The Mazda6i comes standard with a close-ratio, six-speed manual transmission capable of handling all the performance provided by the 2.5-liter MZR engine. An electronically controlled five-speed automatic transmission with a manual shift mode is also available. A new six-speed automatic with manual shift mode is standard in the MAZDA6s. On the outside, the Mazda6 has a pronounced front fender much like the one on the RX-8 and a design that flows from the front fascia through the headlamp, over the top of the front-wheel opening and into the side surface ahead of the front door. A graceful S-curve flows from the highest point of the roof to the lip at the end of the deck lid, with the rear glass seeming to melt into the deck lid for a very sleek appearance. Attention to detail is evident through-

out and especially in the taillights’ intricate LED components. On the inside, blacked-out instrument faces with bright metallic markings, needles and trim give the interior a detailed look, while curved surfaces blend the console into the instrument panel. The seats are comfortably firm and have strong side bolsters that hold you in place during hard cornering. The entrylevel interior has plated metal accents and a choice of black, beige or gray cloth upholstery. The Touring level blends cloth with leather upholstery and adds a leather steering wheel cover, while the

Grand Touring interior uses leather only for the upholstery in black, beige or gray. The new Mazda6 has a quick response, a strong acceleration and good handling characteristics. It goes a long way toward stepping up Mazda’s popular “zoom zoom spirit. Base price on the 2009 Mazda 6 is $24,910. Ron Beasley is the automotive editor for Miami’s Community Newspapers. Summer fitness tips BY BARI AUERBACH Now that it’s getting so hot outside, it’s time to start thinking about some innovative ways to stay fit without overheating, dehydrating or succumbing to the temptation to just stay home and eat ice cream! *Go to the mall: Since Aventura Mall has expanded, you could easily spend all day burning calories by walking around to see all the new stores. Just pick up the pace a bit and you can even wear your i-Pod for more momentum! If you’re really serious about fitness, you might even opt to park your own car and go the extra distance instead of using the valet service. But before you leave, don’t forget to pass by Equinox Fitness Club at the mall and wave to all the people exerting themselves, With all the shopping bags you’ll be carrying, your biceps will probably be getting a much better workout!. *Go to the movies: Some of the summer blockbusters can really get your heart rate up or make you shake a lot with uncontrollable laughter – so there won’t be any need to do cardio at all! *Go buy a bathing suit: There’s nothing like the fluorescent lights in a dressing room to make you swear to start a new diet. And if you’re trying on bathing suits, odds are you’ll hurry home to throw out everything in the fridge except for the egg whites and mustard. The good news is by the time you’ve lost a few pounds that expensive bathing suit you really wanted will probably be on sale! *Go on vacation: When you go on a trip, you can get away from all the diet sabotag-

ing temptations at home and around the office. Just don’t indulge in too many pina coladas and reserve a room without a minbar. If you get a really bad craving for something sweet late at night, make sure you don’t get caught stealing all the chocolates from under the pillows of other guests’ rooms! *Go outside: All you have to do is stand outside around high noon for a while and you’ll lose plenty of water weight without even having to join a gym to use the sauna! If you want the pounds to come off even faster, roll yourself up in some saran wrap and dine al fresco by frying an egg on the sidewalk (with nonfat cooking spray, of course!)

Balancing business travel with family life BY DAVID GEDANSKY If the current economic situation has a bright side for business travelers, it may be that the road warriors are navigating airports, security lines and hotel check-ins with breathtaking efficiency. Almost in spite of the economy or in some cases because of it, business travel continues for myriad reasons: to shore up employee morale, maintain crucial client relationships, develop new markets and more. If that’s your situation, how can you keep your family relationships strong while maintaining a more demanding travel schedule? Here are some ideas for things to do before, during and after your next trip: Before your trip, do what you can to ensure that things will run smoothly at home while you’re away. Do you need to help arrange for child care, fill the refrigerator, or cut the grass so those things won’t have to be done while you’re gone? Also, be sure to talk with your family about where you’re going, what you’ll be doing and how they can contact you. During your trip, keep in touch while letting your loved ones know that you think of them often. A few quick e-mail, phone or

text messages throughout the day can mean a lot to those at home and make you feel connected to them. Take some photos of the places you visit and pick up some small gifts to take home. Try to end each day on the road with a “good night” call or message to your family. After your trip, spend some time with each member of your family, talking about what they did while you were away. Present them with the small gifts you picked up on your trip, and thank them for their understanding of your work obligations. Finally, if your employer is open to the idea, consider combining business and family travel – a trip to a conference or to visit a client could be combined with a mini-vacation for your family. Be sure that each member of your family understands how much time you will need to devote to business; and be sure to have at least one full day to spend with your family that is completely free of business obligations. For additional information visit Travel Leaders at 20801 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 306, Aventura or phone 305-935-5560 or email david@travelleaders.com or visit us on the web www.travelleaders.com/experts.
