狄更斯筆下的社會人心，似乎正映射著今天對於安全感與信任感的游移心理， 依然叩問著當下對於安全感與信任感的追求與嚮往。當中國大陸面臨食品、空 氣與飲水安全、住房資源不均、階層流動停滯，台灣面臨能源安全爭議、貧富 差距拉大、教育資源不均，香港面對政府治理危機、住房空間的緊縮、新移民 與原居民的衝突。華人社會，在這二十一世紀第二個十年之初，正面臨龐大的 安全感與信任感危機。 而在二十世紀最後二十年，華人社會分進合擊地走出一條新的自主道路。「發 展為首要任務」、「愛拼才會贏」的進取精神，標誌著這段打拼的歷程，同 時，也犧牲了對生活品質與公平分配的追求；在那樣一個階段，安全感是以冒 險競爭來換取、信任感是以口袋深度來衡量的。 但是到了二十一世紀，價值多元、信息多元、生態多元、品味多元；誰能認證保 值？誰能解釋真理？誰能喊水成冰？誰能擁有永遠？一連串問號，向我們襲來。 2015年國際華人紀錄片影展緊扣「安全感與信任感」主題，定名為「忐忑流 年」，除了聚焦於兩岸三地華語作品，也放眼世界各地來呼應主題，探討在這 樣的年代裡，人與他人、與社會群體，大至與整個大環境之間的共生關係，期 待透過這些精彩的紀錄片，引領觀眾思考該如何面對、處理恐懼，帶來正向的 力量與啟發。

This documentary feature film looks at the work and lives of twelve contemporary Cuban artists living in Havana today. The film explores the varying styles and techniques they use, the themes, philosophies and ideas presented in their work, the many obstacles and difficulties they face on a daily basis, as well as the feelings each person has towards the place they call home.

臺北市政府文化局將舉辦一場「社計思維－解決社會問題的設計」展覽，邀
請到日本設計專業雜誌－日經設計（Nikkei Design）來台策展，展題「社計思 維」，目的是要用「設計」來為我們的社會創造出更多的體貼與關愛。
展覽規劃為「弱勢族群」、「災害防治」以及「環境資源」三大議題。展品除了 知名社會設計團隊NOSIGNER的作品外，也獲橫濱市文化觀光局協助，邀請由
設計師與包含身心不便者在內的多元對象合作開發製作的設計品牌「SLOW
LABEL 」參與活動，還有日本東北海嘯災後重建到後續人才培育的石卷工房等
案例，這些作品都體現出設計思考背後所蘊含的人文關懷。
