Healthier Minds explains how to support children and young people’s mental wellbeing. Developed by East Renfrewshire Council, it outlines ways to support mental wellbeing in a holistic way and provides information about services that can help children, young people and their families at different stages in their time of need, including links for parents to help with talking to children about Coronavirus, managing mental wellbeing and relaxation strategies.
