Important Annual Meeting Deadlines Cobb EMC’s 81st Annual Meeting is Saturday, September 14, 2019. May 24 Terms for directors and districts 4, 5 and 8 will be expiring at the Annual Meeting. Nomination petitions for Director elections must be submitted (Sec. 3,07).
June 6 Member sponsored bylaw amendments must be submitted (Sec. 10.01).
August 9 Written notice must be received from any member desiring to exceed the 5 minute speaking limitation for the Annual Meeting (Sec. 2.12).
Correction: The March newsletter included the incorrect expiring district terms. The correct districts up for election are 4, 5 and 8.
