The original coverings will be maintained in a logic of coherence and preservation that extends from the facade to the interiors.

Nos tetos manter-se-á a estética clássica do estuque trabalhado, nas zonas comuns os azulejos e madeiras serão reabilitados.

The classic aesthetic of the ornate stucco ceilings will be preserved, while the tiles and wood in the common areas will be restored.

Os pavimentos interiores serão em taco maciço de madeira nobre e os exteriores em mosaico hidráulico, nas instalações sanitárias será aplicada pedra lioz. As cozinhas terão equipamentos ocultos, tal como toda a iluminação interior e, como todos os detalhes contam, o Inpress contará também com rodapés e frisos trabalhados.

The interior flooring will feature solid noble wood parquet, while the exterior will showcase hydraulic mosaic tiling. Lioz stone will be applied in the bathroom facilities.

The kitchens will have concealed appliances, as well as hidden interior lighting, and every detail will be taken care of, including decorative skirting boards and friezes.
