Roman and Chitra Stern are the entrepreneurs behind the Elegant Group. Together, this international and dynamic couple from Switzerland and Singapore, parents to four children all born here in Portugal, have developed award-winning hotel and residential properties with a unique proposition for family holidays. The resort development in Martinhal Sagres established the group’s reputation as a leading developer in Portugal. Car mobility scheme

Martinhal Residences is going to partner with a mobility services company. As part of the car sharing scheme, residents at Martinhal Residences will be offered access to a fleet of on-site BMW and MINI vehicles (or a range of cars from another high quality car brand) 24 hours a day via a dedicated app.

Martinhal Residences will dedicate parking spots to the car sharing scheme, each of which will be equipped with a full capacity charging station that can serve the electric BMW i3 or any other e-models included in the fleet of cars provided byour mobility partner.

The Martinhal Residence car mobility scheme will add electric vehicles to the fleet, which is seen as a big step towards reducing the environmental impact of private cars on the road.

The owners at Martinhal Residences will enjoy the freedom and convenience of on-demand access to cars directly in the building that they do not have to maintain themselves. Whether they need to run a few errands around town or want to get out of town for a long weekend, access to a car sharing scheme in the building will significantly improve mobility for residents.
