SPS Training also offer traineeships giving learners an opportunity to gain vital skills and qualifications needed for the workplace as well as real work experience. Employers will benefit from having quality trainees in the workplace being supported by SPS to develop their skills and prepare them for the world of work. Employers will also benefit from a £1000 incentive for taking on a trainee (for up to 10 trainees)!
