Seoul’s Metropolitan Subway COE were commissioned to provide an 8000+ camera network for lines 1, 3 & 4 of Seoul Metro. The system design chosen enables transmission of between 64 to 128 cameras from each of the 70 stations across the three lines. Intelligent analytical technologies provide automatic tracking, as well as alerting to suspicious packages, activities or unauthorised access to restricted areas. The entire system specification is fully redundant, ensuring that any device or transmission path failure will not compromise the user’s ability to monitor activities effectively.

Singapore Mass Rapid Transit Network COE has had a long standing relationship with SMRT, providing video transmission and management equipment for the network for many years, serving a variety of purposes. From providing the ‘electronic eyes’ for the North-East Line, the longest and highest capacity automatic (unmanned) metro network in the world, to providing a true hybrid solution for 51 stations of the NSEW Line. COE has met the challenges of this unique metro system time and time again to prove the best choice in video surveillance for this demanding network.

Strasbourg City Centre COE were commissioned to establish comprehensive CCTV coverage over a dispersed range of locations, including Strasbourg City Centre, several municipalities around Strasbourg, La Meinau Stadium and various other sites including a hospital and an entertainment venue. COE facilitated over 290 wired and wireless cameras to be transmitted and managed across the metropolitan area IP network. The solution provided at Strasbourg is scalable to allow expansion and is instrumental in tackling and preventing crime in the city and its surrounding areas.

Glasgow City Centre To assist police activities in Glasgow, COE has provided a major CCTV network which is designed with the purpose of enhancing the safety of the public. The system is divided into four zones, with an operational control centre that may access any video from any area around the city. This prolific installation has been operational for many years and has been instrumental in improving public safety and assisting in crime prevention around Glasgow.
