Food Waste Statistics
How much food is wasted each year?
My name is Jennifer McCabe, 20, and I am a student photographer from Scotland. For this project, I had to research and create a series of photographs based on an environmental issue which I used to create this E-Zine. For my environmental issue, I choose food waste. Food waste is the collection of all food which is either not eaten or inedible. Through this E-Zine, I aim to inform and educate people about food waste worldwide. We all must work together to reduce food waste worldwide!
According to UN Sustainability Goal 2 Zero Hunger, The aim is to end hunger, achieve food security and improved nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture.
