~Our Business~ Sinofinn operates through 3 main business divisions— Our Engineering Division serves the clients with the world class solution to systems concerning energy, metal, paper mill and environmental protection. Our Energy Developing Division is focused on investment, investment construction, construction operation and management on environment friendly projects including combined heat and power generation (CHP), coal refuse to energy, biomass to energy and wind power. The Manufacturing Division partakes in design and development of products related to the two other division.

About us In the field of new energy development, Sinofinn has mastered the technologies of BFB biomass power generation system and 1.6MW & 3MW direct-drive permanent-magnet wind turbine. And also in China, Sinofinn is a leading investor and operator in the field of new and clean energy such as thermal power generation, generation coal refuse power generation and wind energy etc with the total capacity of the systems under construction and put into operation amounting to 1500MW. Sinofinn is the only enterprise in China which has four kinds of comprehensive desulphurization processes, including LIFAC (Limestone Injection into the Furnace and Activation of Calcium Oxide) introduced from Finland, SDA (Spraying Dry Absorption) introduced from Niro of Denmark, DCFS (Double Contact Flow Scrubber) introduced from MHI of Japan and CFB (Circulation Fluidized Bed) developed by Sinofinn independently. Sinofinn has established itself as a leader in wet desulphurization technology both at home and abroad through the execution and improvements in many engineering projects.

Sinofinn has successfully introduced Positive Pressure Dense Phase Pneumatic Conveying Technology from Uni-Energy Oy of Finland. In2001, further improvement was made by developing a safe and reliable new dense phase PD conveyor system suitable for medium-and-long conveying distance from 600m to 1000m

Some of our recent successful projects Sasan UMPP, MP, India: Sinofinn was contracted as EPC for Ash Handling Package of India Sasan 6Ă—660MW UMPP. We provide a complete service including engineering design, equipment supply, erection and maintenance. Moreover, Sinofinn will p provide 5-year y operation p service after the p project j starts its commercial running. This is a very important achievement for Sinofinn and further establishes its capability in the market.

~TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT~ •
Sinofinn follows its corporate culture and periodically sends its staff overseas for technical training each year.

In July 2001, Sinofinn sent over 20 to MHI (Mitsubishi Heavy Industry) for technical training, including the demonstration of 1:1 scale Absorber Model. Model

In December 2004, Sinofinn re-sent personnel to Japan for further technical training, enabling them to gain even better understanding of MHI DCFS technology. In turn Sinofinn applied the same in several practical FGD projects and has today fully grasped its practical functioning. Additionally, Sinofinn has made further advancement of this technology according to China China’s s current need, need making Sinofinn a leader in wet desulphurization technology in China.

In October 2006, Sinofinn sent technical personnel to Niro A/S in Denmark twice, for technical training of SDA (Spray Dry Absorbing) FGD technology.

In January 2007, Sinofinn sent technical personnel to the Wind Power Research Center of Denmark for training in wind power generation technology.
