Colby College Libraries

The Colby Libraries are active participants in the teaching, research and service mission of Colby College. For students, the Libraries are academic and social gathering places where they engage in intellectual inquiry, develop critical thinking and research skills, promote academic discourse, and foster lifelong learning and civic engagement. In this capacity, we are integral to the retention and overall success of our students. For faculty, our key priority is to provide resources and services which contribute to the success of their teaching, learning and research. In this capacity we are integral to faculty career progression, professional standing, and activities.
