All of our agents, from the highest producers to brand new agents, have access to our CB Performance Coaching Program, which runs for six months at a time. Why offer in-house coaching? On the open market, agents have to spend thousands of dollars per year to hire a coach. We want to save our agents this expense, and by keeping it in-house, we have built-in accountability that helps our agents grow their businesses.

Our Agent Value Package allows an agent to have every tool necessary to run a successful business. For $150/month, you get a 35-page listing presentation, your own website, a CRM, a newsletter, listing exposure on over 900 sites, listing videos, website and listing reports, your E&O Insurance, a presence on CB sites, access to CB’s renowned education platform, and in-house coaching.
We have 3 levels of marketing service: For $149, you get professional photos, Just Listed and Just Sold Postcards, a listing website, and more. For $399, you get the same, plus an ad in SVPN, a trifold pamphlet, a Facebook campaign, and more. For $1,399, in addition to the above you also get a live video or Matterport, a Gold Mailer, an expanded brochure, and a sponsored Open House.
Transaction Coordination Our Office Manager keeps track of all transactions. For agents who want more complete service, we have a concierge service that will, depending on the level purchased, completely oversee all the “housekeeping” aspects of deals. Packages run from $150 to $400.
