Lethbridge Sport Council Community Room is available for rental by both members and non-members - Located on the 2nd floor of Nicholas Sheran Ice Centre, this is a great space for annual general meetings, board meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Please check the Community Room Availability Calendar on our website first. Once you submit a booking request, our staff will review it and email you with confirmation, an access code for the door, and an invoice for the rental fee (if applicable)

The Lethbridge Sport Council also has a lending library with equipment and supplies that can be borrowed or rented (depending on the item) . Some of our loanable items and equipment include: Flags including an indoor and outdoor set of provincial/ territorial flags including national flags, Play kits including Summer and Winter Fun Kits, as well as Sport Exploration Kits, Family Fun activities including Slackline, Koob, TicTac Toss, Tug of War Rope, Spike Ball, and Washer Toss, Event supplies including tabletop and floor easels, clipboards, and a 10x10 outdoor canopy, Synthetic Ice Surface and Court Flooring that can be rented, visit our website for details.
