Age Well, Expect More!

FREE PROGRAM FOR OLDER ADULTS

Healthy Lethbridge invites you to join Wellness Wednesdays! This project is supported by a grant from the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program and is designed to help older adults learn health, nutrition and wellness tips, and enjoy opportunities for recreation and connection in our community. This program will be running until March 2022. ALL SESSIONS ARE FREE!!

Each month we provide: 1-2 online informational or active sessions at 10 am, via Zoom. 1-2 in-person sessions, usually active and outdoors, at 10 am, at various locations in Lethbridge.

Topic Sneak Peak for Fall: Exploring the Benefits of Nature at Helen Schuler Nature Centre, Nutrition for Older Adults, Intergenerational Relationships, Smart Grocery Shopping, Active Living for Bone and Joint Health, Bonfire in the Park, Living Strong Series with Barb Cavers: Living Purposefully, Living Well, Social, Emotional and Spiritual Health, Mental Wellbeing
