FREE Program for Cancer Survivors

ACE is an Alberta-based study evaluating the benefits of exercise for individuals after a cancer diagnosis. Strong research evidence supports the benefit of exercise to improve symptoms related to cancer at every stage of treatment and recovery.

What does ACE involve? ACE is a free 10-12 week community-based exercise program designed specifically for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.
