About the Type
LiebeGerda
LiebeGerda is a whimsical yet elegant brush font and was designed by Ulrike Rausch who has her own foundry, LiebeFonts. This type is a step beyond ordinary script typefaces that are overused. As a part of the OpenType generation, there are variations in its letterforms that are automatically inserted as you type. Ulrike painted LiebeGerda’s four styles individually and adjusted details by hand. The purpose was to convey that the typeface was hand-crafted and contained a great amount of detail.

Source Sans Pro
Source Sans Pro was designed by Paul D. Hunt under the supervision of Robert Slimbach. It was Adobe’s first open source typeface family and is a part of the Adobe Originals program, which began in 1989. The design of the typeface was inspired by the legibility of the 20th century American Gothic typefaces. Paul wanted to simplify a design that had strong readability and could be utilized in long bodies of text. It is wider than other Gothic fonts as well. Interestingly, Source Sans Pro supports several languages, such as Latin.
