International Students and Global Engagement
The International Programs division is dedicated to providing resources to the international population on campus. Serving international students as they transition to the University, as well as engaging the campus community in global opportunities, the division oversees the Office of Global Engagement, which includes Study Abroad, Volunteer Abroad, and Student Exchange Programs; the Office of International Student & Scholar Services; the Language Institute; Faculty, Intern, and Research Exchange Programs; Diversity & Inclusion; and the Office of International Student Experiences. International Programs team members assist with questions regarding visas, taxes, health insurance, and immigration. The staff works to build a diverse community of scholars and students who engage in free and open exchange of ideas and culture through purposeful programming.
Study Abroad offers opportunities around the globe, allowing students to take classes towards their major while immersing themselves in different cultures. Summer, semester, and year-long programs are available. Want to know more about how your Eagle can benefit from studying abroad? Contact Global Engagement at goglobal@erau.edu.
More than 100 nations are represented on the Daytona Beach Campus, and international students make up 13% of the student population.
