CAMPUS EXPRESS Campus Express is a one-stop shop for many essential student services at Penn. Your student should first go to Campus Express Online, which opens in June. They can get a jumpstart on many critical actions such as getting a PennCard and confirming their housing. Then we encourage both you and your student to visit the Campus Express Center during New Student Orientation where departmental representatives are available to answer all your questions. With Campus Express Online, students have direct access to a majority of the services they’ll need to make their life at Penn safe, convenient, and comfortable. They can apply for a University identification card, see their room layouts, download their free copy of Office 365 ProPlus, buy textbooks, register property, sign up for a dining plan, and learn about transportation options. To access Campus Express, students will need a PennKey. A mailer explaining all the online services is sent to the homes of all new students
in May. Campus Express opens for newly admitted undergraduate students on June 1, 2019. Upperclass students can access the online services at any time. When new students arrive on campus, they should visit the Campus Express Center at New Student Orientation’s Student Services Fair to pick up their Penn I.D.s, ask questions, take care of important remaining tasks before the start of the semester, and learn about the wide variety of resources available at Penn.
