Family Weekend FAQ M
Is my student able to attend events with me for free? Only parents/family members will need to register for the main Family Weekend event. If you choose to go to the lacrosse game or The Clue Room, please remember to include your student when purchasing tickets for those events. But for the main Family Weekend events, your student may attend any of those events with you for free. Your student does not need to be registered.

How are lacrosse tickets going to be distributed?
Can I purchase tickets for lacrosse or The Clue Room when I get there? We are likely to sell out of lacrosse tickets and The Clue Room as it gets close to the end of April, but yes, you may purchase tickets we still have available when you are on campus.
M
Will DU provide transportation to The Clue Room? To keep our cost as low as we could for our DU families, we will not have transportation to The Clue Room. If you don’t have a car with you during your visit, we recommend a ride share service. The Clue Room is only 20 minutes from campus by car, but the light rail train or bus may not be as convenient for this event.
Where do I check in for Family Weekend and get my stuff? Each family that registers for the main Family Weekend event will receive a swag bag which can be picked up at the Chocolate Reception on Friday evening or at the Welcome Tables on Saturday and Sunday mornings in the Community Commons. These are the same locations where you pick up t-shirts and water bottles you’ve ordered.

Can I just show up at The Clue Room without picking up tickets from the DU campus? Yes. We will give a list to the folks over at The Clue Room so you can just show up at their venue on the day you’ve signed up to go.
Tickets for the lacrosse game will be distributed at the Chocolate Reception along with your Swag Bag when you check in on the 4th floor of the Community Commons Friday evening.
