Other Calendars: See reverse for an inventory and flow of the most visible calendars. It is at the discretion of each calendar gatekeeper to discern where an event should be made visible. When in doubt, add it to a calendar. If it shouldn’t be there, it will be removed.
How?
1) To ensure you have access to the any calendar, go to https://sites.google. com/a/collegiate-va.org/calendars/Home, select the calendar and click the plus sign.

Who? 4) Whom to include when scheduling it (facilities, administration, etc.)? Invite the organizers of the event. This allows others to see who the contact people are in most cases. Invite administrators, faculty or parents as you see fit. If parents are organizing the event, please invite them even if they are not part of the Cougar Cloud.
5) When? What is the appropriate amount of time to allot (consider set-up)? Time Scheduled should not include setup time. Setup time should be scheduled separately. Be sure to delete or change any cancelled or postponed events.
In Google Calendars create the entry in the Google calendar where the event is taking place.
