GABE TELLES - VICE PRESIDENT Gabe is a 23 year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in Industrial Landlord, Tenant and Investment Representation. Gabe’s more than two decades of experience has enabled him to gain a deep understanding of leasing, sale and investment analysis working for companies such as CBRE, Colliers and Harsch Investment Properties. Gabe has spent the last 5 years at Gatski Commercial, where he worked as Managing Director of Brokerage and then chose to head his own industrial team. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Gabe graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno where he was an Academic All-American in Division I Baseball. Gabe is married to his college sweetheart, Tina, and has a son attending the University of Nevada, Reno and a daughter attending Bishop Gorman High School. In his free time, he enjoys grilling, being outdoors, exercising, riding roller coasters and time with family and friends.

CHASE PAVLOV - ASSOCIATE Chase joins Gabe Telles’ industrial team, as an Associate, where he will continue to specialize in industrial landlord and tenant representation. Chase is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno with a major in Business Management. Upon graduating, he began his commercial real estate career at Gatski Commercial. Chase has spent the last two years marketing and leasing close to two million square feet of industrial listings. Chase is excited for the opportunity to join Colliers International’s global firm. His passion for real estate as well as his strong work ethic will be a great addition to the team. He looks forward to being surrounded by some of the best and brightest in the industry. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, exercising, and skiing.

RYAN HENDERSHOT - ASSOCIATE Ryan joins Gabe Telles’ industrial team, as an Associate, where he will specialize in Industrial Landlord and Tenant Representation. Ryan graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a double major in Finance and Economics. Upon graduating, he began his commercial real estate career in Los Angeles where he worked for 3 years. After gaining much commercial real estate knowledge and fine-tuning his cold-calling skills, he decided to move to Las Vegas to pursue an opportunity with Colliers International. Ryan’s long-term goal is to be a successful broker and grow his own portfolio of real estate. His dedication and passion for real estate brings great energy to the team.In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, exercising, golfing, snowboardingand cars.
