Frank joined Colliers International in summer of 2012 with a concentration on the sales and marketing of income producing and vacant non-performing real estate assets. Primarily focused on core assets in excess of $10mm and value added non-core assets. Mr. Marretti has nearly 20 years in the Las Vegas commercial real estate arena of Brokerage, Development and Construction. Over the past 18 years Frank has brokered, constructed, financed and developed projects totaling in excess of $1bb of market value in the Western US.
