Age 15, entered Morehouse College after skipping the 9th and 12th grade. 25, becomes pastor of the Dexter Avenue Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama. 27, leads Montgomery Bus Boycott, despite his arrest and the fire-bombing of his house 28, helps establish the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, a civil rights organization. 29, nearly died after being stabbed in the chest at a book signing. 34, writes his “Letter from Birmingham Jail” while incarcerated there. 34, delivers “I Have A Dream” speech on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial. 35, becomes youngest ever recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize. 39, assassinated on April 4 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee.
