Grateful For Your Support

Have a Wonderful Holiday Season My Fellow Colorado PGA Members,

As 2020 is finally coming to a close, I purposely have taken more time than usual to reflect on the past year. None of us could have ever imagined living through a pandemic in our lifetime, none the less, believing that the Game of Golf would have its best year ever, except for when Tiger burst onto the scene in 1997. For me personally, it’s been filled with highs and lows, but the highs overwhelm the lows for sure.

The one thing that this past year has taught me to do even more than I have ever done before is to focus on the positive. Things usually never go as exactly planned, and negative things usually show their ugly head from time to time. Family and Friends, they are most important – no matter what. And, I have always considered the Members of the Colorado Section Family. Your support of your PGA Section has never been more important or meant so much. Your support when the call went out to help your Section by paying your PGA Dues by the end of July was astounding. When we shared with you what was taking place with our business relationship with the CGA, your support was inspiring.

Let me encourage each of us to stay connected with each other during the Holiday Season. Especially those who might not have someone to share this season with. COVID restrictions may limit us in meeting together, but they cannot prevent us from checking in on one another. Please remember to ask yourself, Who’s Your Wingman, and who do I need to be a Wingman for? Together we can truly make this a Wonderful Holiday Season.
