At MAC Fitness – our number one goal is to provide the right support, and programming to provide every member a positive experience with exercise, especially beginners. MAC realizes the first step is the hardest and that’s where the individualized attention our personal trainers provide is so
valuable to help our members get off to a great start! With every membership, complimentary training sessions are provided by certified trainers who customize the right workout for any age and fitness ability. It is amazing the difference that a little regular exercise will make in everyone’s life if you just get started. “You can be chronologically 60 years of age and yet have a fitness age of 40, which is determined by your lifestyle and of course physical activity is a critical component,” stated Schuler. Schuler a Kingston High graduate, spent over 20 years operating clubs out of the area in CT. before returning to Kingston to open the two MAC clubs. “Helping improve the health of our community is an enormously satisfying feeling for me personally,” Lyle added. MAC offers over 200 classes monthly with an enormous variety from yoga to spinning to kickboxing and every kind of group exercise type class imaginable – there is literally something for everyone. Candida Ellis, Group Exercise Class Manager at the MAC feels her team of instructors could stack up against some of the best instructors in the country. “We spend a tremendous amount of time constantly learning new programs and preparing new routines along with music that changes every 90 days and we never forget to make it fun.” The opportunity for improved health is especially critical for Baby Boomers who
