HR. Golf Club Adriatic prvi je golf teren u Istri kojeg je dizajnirao austrijski dvojac arhitekata Diethard Fahrenleitner i Barbara Eisserer. Profesionalno igralište sa 18 polja ukupne dužine 6360 metara, raspoređenih na 80 hektara, sa par 72, karakterizira zanimljiv raspored polja koji predstavlja izazov igračima svih razina. Zanimljivo je da su kod dizajniranja ovog igrališta jako pazili na to da se savršeno uklopi u prirodno okruženje brežuljaka i dolina čime se savršeno stopio u okoliš i čini pravi mali park prirode.

It is a professional 18 holes course, par 72, 6,360 meters long and is spread over 80 acres. It is characterized by an interesting shape and layout of the holes, that will challenge the skills of players of every levels. In designing this course, great care was given to harmonizing it perfectly in the natural surroundings of the hills and valleys, creating a small natural park.
IT. Il Golf Club Adriatic è stato il primo campo da golf in Istria ed è stato progettato dalla coppia di architetti austriaci Diethard Fahrenleitner e Barbara Eisserer. Si tratta di un campo a 18 buche, par 72, lungo 6.360m che si estende su una superficie di 80 ettari. L’eccellente design del campo impegnerà con soddisfazione sia i professionisti che i principianti. Il progetto di questo campo è riuscito ad armonizzarlo nel contesto delle colline e delle valli circostanti, trasformandolo in un piccolo parco naturale.

The first beach volleyball court was built in 1986 and since then Umag has hosted a number of internationally recognized competitions. Currently, there is a beach volleyball court near every beach. La cittadina di Verteneglio è situata su una collina a pochi chilometri da Buie ed è circondata da vigneti e uliveti. Il paesino venne nominato per la prima volta già nel XIII secolo sotto il nome di Ortonegro. EN. Only a few kilometres from Buje, the town of Brtonigla lies among its vineyards and olive groves. The village was mentioned for the first time in the 13th century, with the name Ortonegro. DE. HR. Smješten na brežuljku do kojeg se uskom visoravni s južne strane dolazi iz pravca Motovuna, prema mišljenju mnogih, jedan je od najpitoresknijih gradića sjeverne Istre. IT. Partendo da Montona in direzione nord, viaggiando per una stradina stretta si arriva a Portole. Situata su una collina, è considerata da molti una delle città più pittoresche dell’Istria settentrionale. EN. Travelling northwise from Motovun through a narrow road and a stunning countryside, you will reach Oprtalj, which is considered one of the most picturesque towns of the northern Istria. DE. Savudrijski svjetionik Il faro di Salvore Savudrija lighthouse Der Leuchtturm von Savudrija HR. Savudrijski svjetionik udaljen je od Umaga svega 9 km te se do njega lako može doći autom, biciklom ili barkom. Premda nije posve osamljen i nepristupačan, savudrijski svjetionik ipak nudi onaj mir i mističnost svojstvenu svim svjetionicima svijeta, spreman ispričati gotovo dvostoljetnu bogatu povijest umaškosavudrijskog kraja. IT. Il faro di Salvore dista soli 9 km da Umago ed è facilmente raggiungibile in automobile, in bici o in barca. Nonostante non sia completamente isolato e inaccessibile, il faro di Salvore affascina per la pace e l’alone di mistero tipico dei fari che lo circonda, ed è pronto a narrare gli ultimi due secoli di storia della zona. EN. The Savudrija lighthouse is located only 9km from Umag and is easily reachable by car, bicycle, or boat. Although not totally isolated and inaccessible like many other lighthouses, it oozes a mystical and quiet charm. Many legends and historical events in the area are connected to its existence. DE. Der Leuchtturm von Savudrija liegt nur 9 km von Umag entfernt und kann leicht mit dem Auto, dem Fahrrad oder dem Boot erreicht werden. HR. Nekadašnja željeznička pruga koja je povezivala Poreč i Trst, a prometovala je od 1902. do 1935. godine. Pruga je bila osnovna gospodarska poveznica Istre sa svijetom te je omogućila razvoj tada najsiromašnijih dijelova Istre, prevozeći poljoprivredne proizvode sjeverozapadne Istre poput vina, voća, povrća ili žita. IT. Attiva dal 1902 al 1935, la Parenzana era la tratta ferroviaria che univa Trieste a Parenzo e che contribuì allo sviluppo economico della regione, grazie al trasporto dei prodotti agricoli tipici della zona, come vino, frutta, verdura e grano. Oggi è diventata un magnifico sentiero da percorrere in bici o a piedi. EN. From 1902 to 1935, Parenzana was the railroad connecting Poreč to Trieste. It was mostly used to transport agricultural products of the area such as wine, fruit, vegetables and grain, thus helping to develop local economy. Today, it is a breathtaking path for walkers or bike lovers. DE. Die ehemalige Bahnstrecke, die Poreč und Triest miteinander verband und von 1902 bis 1935 in Funktion war. Die Bahnstrecke war die Hauptschlagader der wirtschaftlichen Verbindung Istriens mit der Welt und ermöglichte die Entwicklung der damals ärmsten Teile Istriens durch den Transport der landwirtschaftlichen Güter aus Nordwestistrien, wie Wein, Obst, Gemüse oder Getreide.

U samom središtu Umaga u ulici 1. svibnja bb nalazi se Aquarium Umag sa bogatom ponudom za posjetitelje, Akvarij ima 29 akvarija sa florom i faunom iz Jadrana (oko 80 različitih vrsta). Akvarij sadrži atraktivnu edukativnu prezentaciju, bar i suvenir shop. IT. L’acquario di Umago si trova in pieno centro e dispone di 29 vasche che ricostruiscono la flora e la fauna del mare Adriatico e di una presentazione per saperne di più su questo tema. Dispone inoltre di un negozio di souvenir e di un bar. EN. The Aquarium, with its 29 tanks, reproduces the flora and fauna of the Adriatic sea. Ideal for an educational afternoon, it offers also a bar and a souvenir shop. DE. Direkt im Zentrum von Umag, in der Ersten-Mai-Straße, befindet sich das Aquarium Umag mit einem reichen Angebot für Besucher. Das Aquarium enthält 29 Behälter mit der Flora und Fauna aus der Adria (etwa 80 unterschiedlichen Arten) und bietet eine attraktive edukative Präsentation, eine Bar und ein Souvenirshop.

Parco Humagum Humagum city park Humagum Stadtpark HR. Park Humagum upotpunjuje veliko zeleno srce grada i vizuru umaške promenade. Mališani mogu pronaći svoj kutak sreće i zabave u dječjem igralištu izgrađenom po najvišim standardima, a zainteresirani mogu aktivno vježbati na novim spravama street workout parka. Tu su klupice za odmor, mali labirint za djecu i odrasle te dvije najsuvremenije solarne klupe. No, ono što ovaj park čini posebnim i jedinstvenim je „perivoj ruža“, dug gotovo 250 metara, koji oplemenjuje zeleni prostor mirisnim ružama te poklanja raskoš od 253 ružine sadnice. IT. È un luogo d’incontro per i cittadini e i visitatori che, a un passo dal mare, trovano un’area giochi e un piccolo labirinto per bambini, due alberi solari per la ricarica di tablet e cellulari, panchine, un’area per il fitness e le nuovissime campane tubolari. Il punto forte del giardino sono i 250 m di cespugli di rose, le cui

The Humagum city park has become a focal point for the town, as well as being a meeting place for citizens and visitors. It offers a playground and a maze for kids, two solar trees to recharge tablets and phones, a workout area, benches and tubular bells. The 250m long row of rose bushes with 253 colorful and fragrant varieties is a unique attraction in this special park. DE. Der Humagum-Stadtpark ergänzt das große grüne Herz der Stadt und die Visur der Umager Strandpromenade. Kinder finden auf dem neuen Kinderspielplatz, der nach den höchsten Standards errichtet wurde, ein glückliches Spieleckchen und in einem Street Workout Park kann man an Geräten trainieren. Hier sind Sitzbänke zum Ausruhen und zwei modernste Solarbäume. Was aber diesen Park einzigartig und besonders macht ist ein fast 250 Meter langer Rosengarten, der mit 253 köstlichen und duftenden Rosen diesen grünen Bereich verfeinert.

HR. Između Savudrije i Umaga smješten je maleni rt 200 m dug i 50 m širok na čijoj se površini nalaze arheološki ostaci nekadašnjeg kasnoantičkog naselja SIPARIS iz 5.-6. st. Sipar su potpuno uništili i opljačkali neretvanski gusari pod vodstvom kneza Domagoja 876. godine. IT. Il piccolo promontorio situato tra Salvore e Umago (lungo 200m e largo 50m) conserva i resti dell’antica città di Siparis, risalente al V secolo. Nell’ 876 Sipar fu completamente saccheggiata e distrutta dai pirati narentani al seguito del bano Domagoj. EN. On the small promontory between Savudrija and Umag (200m long and 50m wide) is preserved what remains of the ancient village Siparis, from the 5th century. In 876 Sipar was totally ransacked and destroyed by the Neretvian pirates led by the Ban Domagoj. DE. Das kleine Vorgebirge zwischen Savudrija und Umag (200m lang, 50m breit) hat alte archäologische Funde des Dorfes Siparis aus dem 5. bis 6. Jahrhundert bewahrt. Im Jahre 876 wurde Sipar von den Piraten der Neretva, die vom Prinzen Domagoj geführt wurden, völlig zerstört und geplündert.
