The TOUR OF HOMES gives you the opportunity to see the best communities, as well as new homes in every price range. While some model homes are decorated and furnished, many of the homes are not. With homes in all price ranges the TOUR is the perfect source for anyone planning to buy a new home now or in the future — or for seeing the newest trends in the building industry (architecture and interior design).

All the homes on the TOUR are located throughout Kershaw, Richland and Lexington Counties. Pick up the free TOUR OF HOMES plan book at any Columbia-area Russell & Jeffcoat Real Estate office or at any of our 5 Featured Communities. The plan book is also available online at www.columbiabuilders.com. Once you have the plan book, review the included map to locate each TOUR home and community. Specific directions to each house appear on the pages below the floor plan. Follow the distinctive red, white and blue signs to the new homes and communities on the TOUR.
