53RD ANNUAL CAROLINA CLASSIC HOME & GARDEN SHOW The 53rd annual Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show will be held at the SC State Fairgrounds Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10, 2019. The show is presented by the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina (BIA). The Carolina Classic Home & Garden Show is the largest home and garden exhibition in the Midlands. More than 200 construction, home improvement, and outdoor products exhibits fill the Cantey, Goodman and Ellison Buildings, plus outdoor areas. Bring the whole family this year to experience Big Construction Trucks each day of the show. Our friends at C.R. Jackson Inc. and N.W. White & Company are

bringing construction vehicles for display and for attendees to touch and climb while at the Home & Garden Show. Also, don't miss the Tiny Homes presented by 84 Lumber and Stone Canyon Cabins of Columbia. Both features are included with your admission to the show. Opening day of the show is 55+ Free Friday. Everyone age 55 and older is invited to attend at no charge from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Enjoy the wide variety of exhibits at the show and the 55+ Friday Expo with special one-day only exhibits from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Great Southern Homes Special Events Area. Members of the Military get $2 off admission at the gate with I.D.

On Saturday, March 9 we’ll have Richland County Deputies featured on Live PD, Columbia firetrucks and firefighters, fingerprinting for kids and much more. The Cayce-West Columbia Jaycees host Kids Activities on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Members of the Military get $2 off admission at the gate with I.D. Sunday is 2-for-1 Admission day — two people enter for the price of one. The Cayce-West Columbia Jaycees host Kid's Activities from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, and Big Trucks are on display all day. Kids 14 and under enter free every day. In addition to the many tried-and-true products and services presented at the show each year, many exhibitors will display items that are completely new to

the industry and our area. See what new and exciting products are available for the home and garden at the Home & Garden Show. And if that’s not enough, exhibitors will be giving away over $10,000 in prizes and special offers throughout the show. You’ve got to come to the show to register to win, so don’t miss out. The show also features free, educational seminars offered daily by exhibitors on a variety of topics. Learn about building a home, remodeling, 2019 Design Trends, and high performance homes.
