WHO WE HELP

When a minister is involuntarily separated from a church, both minister and the church are damaged With the joy of ministry dampened, the minister and their family experience spiritual, mental, psychological, and sometimes physical brokenness Ministering to Ministers (MTM) assists clergy in crisis after a forced termination or through events that could potentially lead to a forced termination

HOW WE HELP

We advocate for spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and legal support for ministers in all faith groups

Wounded Ministers Retreat

Four days of expert-led peer conversations, group therapy with a psychiatrist or psychologist, and rest Check our website for current locations and dates

Cost: $100/person or $150/couple

Therapy Assistance

We will cover the cost of three sessions with a therapist if desired

Our services extend to Pastors, Associate Pastoral Staff, Ministers, Church program staff, and clergy spouses

Ministering to Ministers is part of the Pastoral Excellence Program of the Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL) at Columbia Theological Seminary.

Attorney Consultations

We offer attorney services to consult on employment and severance issues

Friend for the Journey

We offer trained individuals to join you on the path to healing for additional support
