WHO WE ARE A few years back, to avoid the costly expense of traveling abroad to a comics convention, a group of relatively young people in Delhi decided to create one on their own in their home city. With that simple mission, Comic Con India was formed and has now grown to multiple events across the country. The mission has now evolved to create unique pop culture events and engage with fans all across the country. We are here to create world class events that expand the much restricted pop culture in the country, help grow the industries involved and deliver much needed fun experiences to dedicated fans across India. Pop(ular) Culture in India is quite limited in its scope and sorely needs to expand to include aspects that have millions of passionate fans across the country. Comic Con India is dedicated to expanding India's popular culture by creating high profile events that cater to fans of not only comics, but also, gaming, movies, television, merchandise, toys, food & more. Since our inception, we have steadily expanded the scope of our events by involving the various industries that can help expand popular culture. We plan to continue reaching many more communities of dedicated fans as well as bringing our unique events to many more cities in India. We hope to provide a platform for brands to not only be part of our mission to expand popular culture in the country, but to also engage with passionate fans across the country. Comic Con India is dedicated to creating unique events and giving our fans, exhibitors and partners a platform to celebrate their undying love for comics & pop culture.

MUMBAI FILM AND COMIC CON, 2013 Mumbai Film and Comic Con is all set for its 2nd edition in the City of Dreams! This will be the 3rd convention in Mumbai after the success of Comic Con Express Mumbai 2011 and Mumbai Film and Comic Con 2012. The convention is the perfect blend of Comics & Movies, covering the latest & greatest from these fields along-with Television, Gaming, Animation, toys, Mechandise, food and more. From the event floor packed with tons of exhibitors, to panels and signing sessions giving fans a chance to interact with their favorite creators, to exclusive previews of films & shows and one of the biggest costume contests in the country.

SOME QUICK FACTS FROM LAST MUMBAI FILM & COMIC CON: 타Last year Mumbai Film and Comic Con 2012, the first edition, attracted 26,000 visitors

in 2 days that also included some known faces from the Film industry. 타Over 75 participants from the field of Comics and industries such as movies, television,

animation, gaming, toys, merchandise, food and more. 타Over 40 sessions with the creators, panels and exclusive launches of 21 new comics/

graphic novels. 타Over 80 members of the press in attendance, live coverage during the event by local

and national TV channels and articles in various outlets both national and international.

WHAT MAKES US STAND OUT FROM THE REST ŸOur event format is unique in India, with business and entertainment under one roof. ŸOur conventions are one-of-a-kind events catering to a very passionate fanbase. In the

past two and a half years, we have attracted over 2.5 lakh visitors to our events. ŸIn the past three years, we have expanded the event to 4 cities with tremendous

success, proving that our concept has the potential to grow further. We are planning to add a new city this year, making it one event each quarter. The new city added to the list this year was Hyderabad. ŸThe conventions provide a much needed platform for promotions and opportunities to

interact with consumers of niche international content (Books, TV, Movies, Gaming and more). ŸLastly, our events have not only become a great platform for showcasing creativity, but
