92 William H. Buckley, vice-president of]. Walter Thompson Company, is also art supervisor on Ford Falcon and RCA accounts. He was president of the New York Art Directors Club (1956-57), member of the Advisory Board, and Chairman of Annual Exhibition of 1955. His work has been consistently represented, with many awards, in annual exhibitions in New York and other major cities. Bill designed the present 7¢ airmail stamp, and recently received the Benjamin Franklin Award for "distinguished and outstanding public service" as a member of the Postmaster General's Citizens Stamp Advisory Committee. Referring to the Fulton award, Bill writes, "can we get credit for the copywriter, Gordon Bushell, without whose idea the poster would not have been conceived?"

Allen F. Hurlburt, art director and a member of the Editorial Board of Look magazine since 1953, has been AD for the National Broadcasting Company, and Administrative AD of the William Weintraub Advertising Agency. He has been represented regularly in annual exhibitions of advertising and editorial art, and received gold medal awards in 1948, 1949 and 1955. His work has appeared in Graphis, Graphis Annual and the International Poster Annual. Allen was born in Bridgeport, Conn., graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, served with the 42nd Infantry Division in World War II, and now lives in New Canaan, Connecticut.
