The box can be fitted in the lower right or left hand corner of the panel.

How to fit the Input-Control box 1. Remove two M4 screws under the bottom edge as shown.

2. Starting with a corner, ease the lip on the box into the “gap” where the back cover meets the aluminium extrusion that forms the surround – see the diagram, which is a view from the side.

If needed, use a small flat blade screw driver to lever apart the “gap”.

3. You will be able to press it in about 10mm, into the same gap as the back cover. The edge of the back cover will flex slightly to allow this to happen. 4. Tap the end of the box to slide it along so that the holes in the extrusion line up with the holes in the lip on the box. 5. Fit the M4 screws. There are access holes located on the bottom of the Control Box to allow for a screw driver. 6. Tighten firmly, but do not over-tighten as you could strip the internal thread in the panel. Connecting the Cabling 1. Feed all connection cable in through the top of the Control Box, 2. Feed the Joey Micro power supply in through the top of the Control Box, 3. Feed the Motorised Stand Control Interface cabling from the front of the Control Box , out through the access holes in the top of the Box, 4. Connect power supply to the access port, 5. Connect RJ45 lead to the Joey Micro 6 and the access port, 6. Connect the 10way ribbon lead between the Joey Micro 9 and the Motorised Stand Control Interface 7. Terminate the 3.5mm control line to the Data and Ground of the IRBus terminal strip on the access port, 8. Place the access port inside the Control Box, 9. Place the Motorised Stand Control Interface inside the Control Box, 10. Fix the Joey Micro 6 to the Control panel,

11. Connect all the signal leads the rear of the Input plate, 12. With care fix the input plate to the Control Box, 13. Secure the Motorised Stand Control Interface power supply to the trolley adjacent the powerboard, 14. Connect the “From Power Supply” lead to the power supply, 15. Connect the “From R/C Motor Output” lead to the RC control module, 16. Connect the “To Motor” lead to the actuator, 17. Connect the signal leads to their appropriate connector on the touchscreen, 18. Test all connections and functionality.
