HAAGBROWN Haag Brown Commercial Real Estate & Development is more than a retail development firm. They are a PROJECT PARTNER with their clients. The company offers retailers the ability to open multiple stores in multiple markets with as few people involved as possible. Their team is engaged in the entire process from pinpointing the most advantageous site for a tenant to overseeing it’s development. Their services are tailored to fit the specific needs of each individual client. Although they can handle any construction need, the team is most proficient in retail development and has the reputation for developing architecturally appealing buildings, as well as, delivering proposals to tenants in an unprecedented timeframe. The majority of their development projects have been single tenant retail developments. Over 30 years of retail investment, brokerage and development experience has provided Haag Brown Commercial with unparalleled knowledge and understanding of the procedures and requirements that facilitate a successful development. Through the years, the company has established an extensive network of national and regional retailers working in Arkansas, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Alabama, Texas, and Oklahoma.
