GIFTS THAT MATTER: THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE’S 2015 Catalog for Giving

There's something so special about our community — we have one big collective heart, fueled by the desire to help those in need; helping others when they need a hand-up now and in the future. And in this season, as we are inspired by the love around us, let's also keep in mind the need that exists — all around us. Through The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee's personalized giving, you can make an impact by meeting a need that is close to your heart. The funds featured in this catalog for giving are growing with the contributions made by you and others. Your gifts can be of far greater value to favorite causes and nonprofits more than you can imagine. Thank you for allowing us to be your charitable partner, and for making a difference this holiday season.
