Jim
After today's conversation, I talked with both Geeta and Sam. We all will agree to the option extension without further payment. Furthermore, all three of us will agree to waive the relocation obligation if the city purchases all of the property previously optioned within 30 days. Sam, needs a letter confirming he would get all demolition contracts as low bidder and further be given the opportunity to beat a legitimate competitors bid by $1 as a preference bidder.
I believe an agreement can be signed next week if you can get the city to step up and purchase all properties. This is time for the full court press so the 9 million dollar tax credit is preserved and the development plans become reality.
I can influence this coalition of owners and get an agreement next week but only with your help.
