Remembering the Best of 2020

Feeding Marlborough families Eldridge helps secure $100,000 for Marlborough Community Cupboard State Sen. Jamie Eldridge (D-Acton) and Barbara LaGrenade, director, Marlborough Community Cupboard at a recent food drive.

By Bonnie Adams Managing Editor REGION – Remember Jan. 1, 2020? We were excited to welcome not only a New Year but a new decade. But we all know how that turned out! Between the surging pandemic, the racial protests, businesses and schools reeling from a multitude of changing mandates, and then the turbulent presidential election, it will be a year that we shall never forget. But amidst all of this, there were many great things as well. Shoppers flocked to their local YEAR IN REVIEW stores and businesses to show their support. Patrons helped restaurants stay open by taking advantage of curbside pickup and/or outside dining. So many organizations rolled up their sleeves to make masks and face shields while others held food and supply drives for those in need.
