MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Authority is seeking F/T maintenance department Maintenance Mechanic to perform maintenance, custodial, and grounds keeping functions at HHA apartments and properties. Must have experience and skills in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and mechanical equipment, as well as experience and knowledge of groundskeeping and custodial functions including snow removal. 40 hours M-F plus rotating on-call coverage. High school diploma and basic computer literacy skills required. Massachusetts driver’s license required. No criminal record. Professional licenses and certifications, including MA hoisting license, are highly desirable, however they are not required. Full job description available upon request. Excellent benefits.
