Founder Ange established her business after

trying to find an allergy-free cake for her own son.
“I am a baker that caters for all dietary requirements and allergy needs,” she said.
“Being an allergy-friendly baker means the products I o er are delicious baked goods that everyone can eat.”
Products on o er include customised cupcakes, bespoke cakes and delectable brownies, all of which can be made to cater for allergies such as wheat/gluten, dairy, egg, soy and nuts.
Ange also offers classes for the local community which teach the tips and tricks needed to improve their own baking and decorating abilities for a successful baking session every time.
