Navigating the careers of today can be challenging and confusing. Did you know research shows that only 28% of parents feel they can guide their children in careers which is ever changing.
The Careers of Today Parent Education Forum is an opportunity for parents and students across Western Sydney to engage with industry experts in key career areas where employment opportunities are growing. Let’s bring the community together to educate and inquire about the careers of today and how your child can make informed decisions about their future. The evening will kick off with a panel of industry experts in key growth industries: Western Sydney Airport, Construction, Technology, Early Education and Care and Health. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers to the panelists. Then parents and students will engage with industries, educational institutions and employers through an expo style set up. This event is an opportunity to ask more direct questions related to your child’s career interests.

Date: Tuesday 18th March 2025.
Venue: Ron Mulock AO Room within Penrith Panthers Club 83 Mulgoa Road, Penrith.
Time: Expo stalls from 4pm to 9pm, main event from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Capacity: 280.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces onsite.
Stall rental oppurtunities
There are up to 10 stalls available for hire located in and adjoining the main event area for aligned businesses wanting to connect direct with over 280 parents and students from high school year 7 in a highly responsive environment. Stall costs - $1,900 INC GST –includes a $900 advertising voucher for Parentopia or Blacktown News.
